Yeah, I’ve heard it all before. The scoffs, the eye rolls. And honestly? I get it. I hate bad magicians too – you know, the ones who treat personality like an optional extra? They’ve made it tough for the good ones.

But here’s the truth – walking into a group of sceptical guests is my idea of a good time. Just give me a moment, and I’ll have them going from ‘whatever’ to ‘WHAT ON EARTH JUST HAPPENED’ quicker than your evening guest spotting an open bar.

The bad magicians? They’re easy to call out. No charm, no flow, and when faced with a heckler? Total meltdown. Hard pass.
